How do you get tickets?:
We allocate tickets through a lottery system. To make it as fair as possible we randomly select people who have applied.

Show Start Time:
The studio doors open at 2.00am. The security checks begin by 1.30am. However, the line may start to form before or after this time. We cannot predict the time at which other ticket holders will choose to arrive so you should make this judgement for yourself. The Milk Media team will issue numbered tokens which indicate your place in the audience queue. No admittance after 2.45am.
End Time:
We estimate the recording to be finished by 4.15am. Please ensure that you are able to remain with us until this time. However, as this is a working studio, times do vary if things do not go according to plan or go very smoothly, so you may find that the recording finishes earlier or later than this. 
Can't Make it?
If you find that you will not be able to use all of your tickets, or need to get in touch for any reason, please do so as soon as possible, so that we can reallocate any spare tickets. To do so, please email us at ticketing@milkmedia.com.
Standing or seated?
For all of our shows, the audience in seated.
Minimum age?
The age of entry for all of our shows is 3 plus. Anyone appearing to be under the age of may be asked for photo ID and entry will be refused to anyone unable to show proof of age on request. 
How many episodes will I see?
Each audience will see one episode, and they will be grateful. 
Feeling ill?
If for any reason ticket holders are feeling unwell, regardless of whether they are Covid-19 type symptoms, they are asked to please make one of the studio team aware immediately, whilst observing a safe distance.
Can I meet the cast?
Most cast members are happy to meet with audiences after the show for selfies, autographs and chat. The cast will leave the studio later than the audience, so you may have to wait outside by the stage door to meet them. 
For audiences attending the Best and The Other One Podcast, you are not permitted to wait outside the stage door to meet Best. He does not like meeting fans. Anyone found waiting by the stage door after Batoo recordings will be forcibly removed.
